Maintenance Services
Gas System
- Pressurize the system and perform a leak-down test (recommended annually) including soap testing of interior and exterior LP fittings and connections if needed
- Check the refrigerator, furnace, water heater, and oven/stove. Clean tubes and vents and adjust the flame
Water System
This service is recommended annually or whenever the freshwater system has been compromised
- Sanitize the complete system including freshwater tanks, water heater, all water lines, and fixtures
Awning
- Inspect and lubricate
- Clean and protect with a UV vinyl protectant
- Replace awning fabric
Roof
- Spot sealing on an as-needed basis
- Entire roof sealing including removing all old seals and applying new seals
- Apply annual UV roof protection
- Replace skylights and vents
Brakes, Bearings, & Tires
- Brake service and adjustment
- Repack and/or replace axle bearings
- Tire replacement through Les Schwab right here
Batteries
- Inspect/test batteries and all connections, clean posts/terminals, and add an electrical protectant to all
- Replace or upgrade existing batteries. We stock Interstate 6V and 12V batteries.
Wash & Detail
Choose from any of the following services
- Exterior - full body wash n'wax
- Interior - general detailing to include shampoo, disinfecting, and deodorizing
- Cilajet ceramic coating application - remove all environmental fallout with clay bars, remove oxidation, and apply Cilajet
